Jeremiah Hitt is the Chief Instructor and owner at Prometheus 2A Defense, bringing more than twenty-five years of service in the United States Army with extensive experience in tactical operations, leadership, instruction, and professional training. Over the course of his career, Jeremiah served in senior roles responsible for training, mentoring, and evaluating personnel across diverse operational environments, both in the United States and abroad.
His experience includes training new personnel from the ground up, refining the skills of experienced professionals, and ensuring teams operated to clearly defined standards under pressure.
Jeremiah’s instructional approach emphasizes fundamentals first, disciplined decision-making, and accountability — principles drawn directly from decades of military service and instructional leadership. At Prometheus 2A Defense, he applies that same methodology to firearms safety and preparedness training, ensuring instruction is professional, approachable, and effective for students of all backgrounds and experience levels.
